I cross theatre with other art forms, presenting hybrid formats between theatre, performance, visual art, poetry, and dance to engage with the existential feelings of the present.

Anemone is a choreographer, director, poet, and performer whose practice explores the stage as a place of encounter, tension, and reflection. She is drawn to the forces that influence how we relate to ourselves and to each other — from desire, intimacy, and identity to power, vulnerability, exhaustion, and love. Her work examines the ways social, economic, and cultural systems enter into our personal lives and shape our perceptions, behaviours, and connections. Drawing on contemporary culture, pop imagery, -ism´s, emotional states, and the uncertainty of everyday life, she creates work that moves between attraction and discomfort, inviting the audience into a space that is both intimate and unsettling.
